Floor Plan Update - April 2026

What's changed?

  • Surveyed floor plan with heat loss calculations 
    Build your floor plan as you did before but now with heat loss calculations incorporated. Add underfloor heating to the surveyed plan, adjust flow temperature and view from within the plan how much of the heat loss the existing emitters provide. 
  • Design options now have associated floor plan 
    The heat pump task has now been combined with the plan tasks. You can now specify the location of new emitters, heat sources and hot water storage. 
  • View room details and floor plan dimensions 
    You'll now find room details within the emitters section. For each room click ⋯ three dots icon > 🡥 See room details. This menu has the additional option to view all dimensions for that floor. 
  • Multiple heat pumps and cylinders
    You can now add multiple cylinders and heat pumps. [write mooore when this is done]

Surveyed floor plan

  • Surveyed floor plan now comes with heat loss calculations fully integrated.
  • Add existing emitters, including underfloor heating, and adjust the flow temperature to view how sufficient the emitters are.  
  • View and edit the room temperature and ACH from within the floor plan. 
  • Copy and paste rooms, radiators, windows and doors. 

Design options

  • Each design option will now have an associated floor plan. In this floor plan you can: 
    • Remove existing emitters and specify the location for new ones.
    • Place heat pump and hot water storage directly onto the floor plan. 

Heat loss and room details

View all heat loss and room details from the emitters section on each floor plan 

  • Click ⋯ three dots icon > 🡥 See room details to:
    • View the annual demand, volume, area and heat loss for that room.
    • View the measurements for that floor of the floor plan.
    • Add underfloor heating or other heat emitters.
    • Edit room temperature and ACH.
    • Reset the room to the surveyed plan.
  • Hover over the 🛈 info icon next to emitters to view:
    • Total expected heat loss.
    • Total building floor area.
    • Total heat loss per floor area.
    • Total emitter output.
    • Total annual demand.
