In the plan task you model your plan and create design options based on the surveyed plan. The plan is the building floor plan as surveyed in it's current state. In the design options you can then:

  • Place where new radiators, the heat pump and cylinder will go on the plan and specify any relevant accessories 
  • Specify emitters, view room details and input any heat loss overrides.
  • Complete sound assessment (UK only) 
  • Complete ventilation calculations

Changes made to the room temperature, ACH and emitters are specific to each option. Changes will not apply across plans. Adjust the Plan if you would like changes to apply to each option. 

Starting your surveyed floor plan

Before starting plan, make sure you've set up your material library with default palettes. This will save you having to create a material palette each time. 

Complete initial plan

Once you have completed your surveyed plan, click Finish Plan at the top. This will then take you to a plan -called yay!Option Click1 finishwhere planyou can model emitter changes, heat pump and hot water placement and any accessories. 

Ventilation calculations
